If you subscribe to promotional email, we use your email address for those messages. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or contact us for assistance.

No sale of customer information

Favors Firearms does not sell customer information or provide customer contact lists to other businesses for their own marketing.

Our site uses WordPress/WooCommerce and Automattic services for website functionality and hosting-related features, Google tools for analytics, and FluidPay for hosted payment processing. These services may process information needed to perform their functions, such as technical identifiers, contact or transaction details, and payment information you enter directly with a payment provider. This is different from selling customer contact lists.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address fraud, protect security, or respond to a valid legal request. Recordkeeping required for regulated transactions is separate from email subscriptions and cannot necessarily be erased on request.
